Stefano’s began as a take-out window across from the old Carousel at Shoreline Village. In 1995 the take-out window was transformed into a dine-in restaurant with beer and wine and patio seating overlooking the Shoreline Village Waterfront.

For over 20 years, Bettye Kellar (owner and pizza aficionado), affectionately known as Mrs. K, has made fresh ingredients, fair prices and great tasting New York style pizza her passion.

Mrs. K has retired from the day-to-day business operations, but regularly drops in to meet and greet new and old customers. She would love to have you stop by and enjoy one of the many delicious Italian entrees that have made Stefano’s a Long Beach favorite.

Vegetables are fresh and chopped daily; the pizza dough is made the old fashion way and your meal is made to order.
